4K Learned How to Melt Ice with a Science Experiment

They had ice cubes with hearts in them and the students had to think about ways to melt the ice cubes.  The students poured salt on the ice cubes and watched them melt.

Kindergarteners Learn About Patterns in Stories

Kindergarten classes are learning about patterns in stories like the Gingerbread Man.  All the kindergarten classes helped decorate and bake a gingerbread boy. They got together to listen to Mrs. Walter read the story while he was baking.  When Mrs. Gile went to take him out of the oven, she was disheartened to see he was gone! Oh no, the gingerbread boy ran away? The kids found candy going out the front doors of Neal Wilkins.  There are lots of predictions about where the gingerbread boy could have gone in Platteville.
